PURO & BIO
Puro & Bio was born from a passion of Gianluca Mondardini and Luca Zanotel to combine the passion for artisan ice cream with that for the products of our land; for this very reason they decided to call their ice cream parlor Puro & Bio.
They all use local products from Forlì destined for the laboratories of their stores.
Opened for the first time in 2010 in Emilia Romagna, even if they had been investigating the technical and production aspects for a long time before dedicating themselves to training.
You can find it both in Cattolica, San Marino and Rimini.
