MCDONALD'S
The meat comes from more than 15,000 Italian farms, mostly located in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia Romagna. The supplier is Inalca, Ieader company in the sector.
In 2018, together with Coldiretti, Inalca and A.I.A., a project was launched in favor of sustainability in the Italian beef sector, with the aim of ensuring an even higher quality standard in respect of animal welfare.
In 2021, more than 1,000 farms were included in the project, which will become 4,000 by the end of 2023.
The quality of the meat is also enhanced by the very simple cooking: just a pinch of salt and pepper and a hot plate to seal all the juices inside and have even more appetizing burgers.
The chicken recipes contain 100% Italian chicken. And not just any chicken, but signed Amadori, raised on the ground and without GMO feed. The origin? Veneto, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo and Molise.
The milk that is used in all restaurants to prepare ice cream cones, sundaes and McFlurry is 100% Italian whole milk. Granarolo provides it and comes from Italian farms. It is a product controlled at all stages, from harvesting to production, and excels in freshness, goodness and safety.
In addition to the great classics, Crispy Mcbacon, Big Mac and McChicken, juicy novelties have been introduced:
Chicken Big Mac: a revisitation of the great classic, created with two layers of fried chicken.
Bacon Big Mac: to give that extra touch, the addition of bacon is a must.
