LELLA RECIPE - PIADA ROMAGNOLA

- 1 kg of flour (quantity for 5 - 6 piades)
- A pinch of salt
- 180g - 200g of lard
- Water q.b. b. (just 250g)
- No bicarbonate, no yeast
- Mix water and flour with lard, alternatively you can use extra virgin olive oil.
- Leave the dough, already divided into balls, to rest for half an hour and an hour in the fridge covered.
