A ROUNDABOUT AS A HOMAGE TO BATTISTI

Rimini, the pearl of thagna Riviera, dedicates the roundabout in Piazzale Fellini to the famous singer-songwriter Lucio Battisti.

The inauguration is scheduled for the first week of May.



Dedicating the roundabout in Piazzale Fellini to Battisti was already discussed in 2016.

It was requested directly by his wife, Grazia Letizia from Verona, who still lives here in Rimini, and by their son Luca.

It seemed to have convinced the Municipality of Rimini but instead nothing was implemented.


However, a few months later, Veronese tried again the possiblposal, promised her a real event in memory of the artist which should be held at the end of the summer.
