THE CESENA MILK PLANT
The Centrale del Latte of Cesena was founded in 1959 as a dairy company and aims at the processing of milk and the production of products based on the latter.
The range of products it puts on the market is varied: fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, ice cream and more...
The most important thing is that the farm only uses 0 km milk, in fact, only milk from the stables of the Romagna provinces of Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, Ravenna and Ferrara is processed inside the plant.
There are two aspects that the company cares about: environmental sustainability and social sustainability.
From the point of view of environmental sustainability, they are committed to using practices in order to improve production, efficiency and care of the environment.
