SAMUELE BERSANI
Samuele Bersani, born in Rimini on 1 October 1970, is an Italian singer-songwriter.
He is one of the most awarded artists by Club Tenco, with four Plaques, as well as 2 Lunezia Awards and 2 "Mia Martini" Critics Awards.
An only child, he spent his entire childhood and adolescence in Cattolica, in a family with rich cultural, artistic and political stimuli.
His father Raffaele is a flautist, music teacher and for a long time promoter of initiatives between theater and poetry; his mother Gloria, employed in an elementary school, was also deputy mayor of Cattolica for the PCI for a period.
After an initial apprenticeship made up of musical competitions and militancy in some adolescent groups, Bersani, who moved to Bologna, was noticed by Lucio Dalla.
The latter in 1991, during the "Cambio Tour", made it appear at the opening of each concert.
From here on Bersani will begin to climb charts after charts, will participate in Sanremo more than once and will become one of the pillars of Italian music.
