The Podere Bianchi winery is oriented towards the conversion of its land for the cultivation of vines and olives. Podere Bianchi manages eighty hectares of land.
The meats are homemade, the chickens and rabbits that are cooked inside the farm are all raised within the structure and fed with cereals produced in the fields. Beef is bought from local producers. The vegetables come from the farm garden and this allows you to allocate to customers always seasonal vegetables. The agriturismo perfectly reflects seasonal availability. The à la carte menu changes every month.
