The hamburgers of the "Classic" and "Special" menu families are defined as "4i", i.e. they are products whose bovine was born, reared, slaughtered and dissected in Italy. The meats are subject to systematic analysis and inspections throughout the production phase, from breeding to the sale of the product and before packaging the hamburgers are subject to further quality controls.
The toasted bread has a balanced taste, with the addition of milk and butter which give it softness and aroma. It was created to be suitable for any type of filling and to enhance its characteristics, with a structure specifically designed to always guarantee consistency.
The cattle are raised following the "Grass-Fed" system, a pasture growth system that excludes the use of cereal-based feed: the animals are free to circulate outdoors in the boundless Argentine Pampas and simply feed on grass fresh and hay for their entire life cycle. Grass-fed meat also has a lower impact on the environment and contains a higher amount of vitamins.
With a more marked flavour, it is more tender due to the greater distribution of fat in the animal's muscles.
The meat comes only from young animals, aged 24 months.
