MYSS KETA
Myss Keta is a singer-songwriter and rapper from Milan.
Apart from her pseudonym, which is a tribute to Miss Kittin, a French disc jockey, not much is known about the true identity of the artist; in fact, one of her peculiar characteristics is precisely the choice not to reveal her face. Her identity is therefore shrouded in an aura of mystery, which makes her character even more intriguing.
The first single with which Myss Keta made her debut on the music scene is entitled "Milano, sushi e coca" (2013).
Although the song immediately received an excellent response from the public, there were also many criticisms of a text that speaks in a controversial way of a whole series of excesses.
In 2014 she released the single "Burqua di Gucci" with her, in whose video clip she wears for the first time the combination of sunglasses and a mask, which becomes her distinctive feature.
In 2017 Myss Keta leaves for her first tour, called “MYSS KETA in Carpaccio Ghiacciato Tour”. In 2018 she released her first album "A life in capslock" with the Universal Records label. In the following years, in addition to several singles and EPs, two more albums follow, "Paprika" (2019) and "Club Topperia" (2022).
In the same year she also publishes a fictitious autobiography "A woman who counts", which fits perfectly with the irony and satire present in her songs.
Her first appearance at the Sanremo Festival is in 2020, when she sings a cover of Adriano Celentano's "It will never happen again" together with Elettra Lamborghini.
In 2023 Myss Keta publishes the single "Perfume" and announces the European tour, which will see her in various European capitals in October.
