JULY 6 - WORLD KISS DAY
The World Kiss Day has been celebrated on July 6 for the past thirty-two years, precisely since 1990.
This day aims to remember how important a kiss can be: an earthly and sacred gesture at the same time, one of the most universal of human behavior, it has a particular and incredibly significant importance, since it helps to reiterate and underline that love it is the engine of the world, a sentiment and a fundamental right in everyone's life.
Its benefits are many, for example it helps keep the couple alive, makes friendship stronger, but sometimes we forget it because of work and the craze for social networks.
As previously mentioned, International Kissing Day is celebrated on July 6, but it has not always been the case, in fact the previous date was set for April 13, the day on which a Thai couple, during a competition, kissed for 46 hours 24 minutes and 9 seconds setting a record.
However, on July 6, 1990, the same couple broke that record by kissing for 58 hours.
That's why the date was then replaced.
