Every time you travel you think about what to visit in a city, but another very important and underestimated thing is knowing the typical dishes of that country or even region; for example in italy, each region has a different typical dish.
In Emilia Romagna, a very famous typical dish known by everyone is the "Piadina", today we can define it as a MUST, everyone must try it at least once in their life.
Moving towards the south, exactly in Sicily, we think of the "Panella", a pancake made with chickpea flour, a typical street food of Parlermitan cuisine.
In addition to Italy, countries abroad also have their typical dishes.
In Portugal it is the "Bifana", which is a sandwich with pork inside.
We move to England with the "Fish and Chips", an internationally known dish.
The "Gyros", are a typical dish of Greece, very similar to the Kebab, stuffed with pork meat which is cooked on long skewers and cut into thin slices. It is a popular dish both in Greece and in Albania, in inns and taverns.
