Here is what we have done to guarantee you greater safety:
made available columns with SANITIZING GEL in all common areas (entrance, floors, rooms and halls) and useful INFORMATION on the rules to be respected in order not to take risks (in the rooms and common areas);
TRAINED our STAFF in order to guarantee the anti-contagion rules, equipping them with the necessary health facilities, to minimize any possibility of contagion and monitoring their state of health on a daily basis;

THE SANITIZATION OF THE COMMON AREAS HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED with disinfectants recognized by the Ministry of Health as "Surgical Devices" and with an atomizer with hydrogen peroxide;
in the ROOMS, special sanitization will be added daily with certified products, use of 75% hydroalcoholic sanitizer on lamps, television, remote controls, safes, switches and quaternary ammonium salts on furnishings, curtains, carpets, lamps, chairs and tables; ATOMIZER, with hydrogen peroxide in host exchange; OR it is the guest's right to request that no one enters the room, deciding to use our Self Cleaning Kit (sponge, cloth, cleaning products) and manage the cleaning of your room independently;
WASHING and DISINFECTION OF THE LINEN maximize hygiene
organized the BREAKFAST service in order to guarantee adequate distancing and avoid contamination, we will be the ones to serve the buffets safely and everything you wish, without any renunciation;
defined a LAYOUT OF THE RESTAURANT SPACES that ensures adequate distances between guests, lunch and dinner will be served directly at the table;
KITCHEN use of 75% hydroalcoholic sanitizer on all steel parts, counters and various furnishings, particular attention is paid to equipment, cold rooms and conservation of raw materials;
the SWIMMING POOL, MINIPOOLS are safe places thanks to the presence of CHLORINE, the common areas dedicated to relaxation will be organized to offer distance, in order to avoid crowding situations; the sanitization of the BEDS will be performed several times a day and the guest will be informed by finding the sheet certifying the procedure on the bed;
simplified online procedures for CHECK IN and check out, limiting physical contact as much as possible; the KEYS of the rooms will be disinfected and delivered to guests safely upon arrival;
at the RECEPTION and in the other common areas, the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter is a must, the reception staff have protective devices, masks or screens available;
in the ELEVATOR enter alone or with your family or people who share the room. The lift buttons will be cleaned frequently and at the lift entrance, on each floor, you will find hand sanitizer dispensers;
the COMMON BATHROOMS are often sanitized by reporting the cleaning on the appropriate registers;
in the event that a GUEST PRESENTS SYMPTOMS of respiratory infection, he must promptly notify the reception by telephone, which will immediately inform the competent health authority. While waiting for the health workers, the following measures must be taken: wear a surgical mask and remain isolated in your room;
