BIRRA DEL BAGNINO
"La Birra del Bagnino" is a craft beer.
The idea came from Donatella, a new restaurateur with a past as a designer and creative, supported by her partner Luca, a lover of beers: together they create a beer inspired by the Romagna tradition.
The labels, placed on the bottle, have been chosen to respect their passion. It looks like a craft beer, informal but with taste.
The beers:
- Sbiavita, a term from the Romagna dialect which means bleached.
So called because of its opalescent color thanks to the suspended yeasts, lively and clean taste; it has fruity notes that emerge with elegance, with a low alcohol content.
- Bota zò, this is also a term from the Romagna dialect which means upside down.
A top-fermented blonde beer with a straw yellow colour, malt flavor accompanied by a delicate and pleasant bitterness. Ideal for any occasion.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized and without preservatives.
- Fara roba, a word coming from the Romagna dialect, which means "What stuff / Wow".
Beer with reflections of an intense coppery color with a refined flavor and a light and pleasant bitterness that makes this beer unique in its kind.
Handcrafted and unfiltered, unpasteurized and without preservatives.
